What is Magic Hour ?

That’s a great question. Magic Hour is our first proper show in nearly 20 years! Exciting. It’s you. And you’re sitting in a comfy theater and witnessing us wander effortlessly through the songs that made us what were are… or were… and still are? Yes that’s it. Music by the AmAnSet. Set design by Paper Chairs phenom, Lisa Laratta.

Is it real?

It is! We’ve been rehearsing this show for months and we can’t wait to share it with you. Nobody loves the Analog Set more than we do. We made this for all of us. We made this for you.

When and where is this happening?

Right. I’ve been going on about the “why”. It’s happening September 19th, 20th & 21st of this year. It’s at the Rollins Theater at the Long Center here in beautiful Austin, TX.

Is this material from For Forever?

It’s not. We are planning to create another show that will feature songs from For Forever and many songs that aren’t part of Magic Hour. But for now, fans of the band hoping to see us unleash Camp Don’t Count or Over The Jeans or The Quiet Dark on an unsuspecting audience will have to wait a little while longer. Magic Hour features material from our first 6 albums.
